We have been here for 2 years and have loved it. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and family oriented. The property Manager Lisa is amazing…she truly is about making the neighborhood the best for the residents and has always gone above and beyond with ANY question or concern. She will absolutely listen and you can just feel the care she has for the community. Along with Keith who keeps the neighborhood events fun and is always so pleasant to talk too:) I know hands can feel full addressing alot of things at one time and he has always done with grace. I highly recommend checking out Westmoreland Estates!

This was probably one of the smoothest move in experiences I have ever had. Keith DEFINITELY took care of all of our needs and more! Wonderful attitude, great customer service, and very efficient! I think these homes are beautiful, but it speaks volumes when you have even better customer service!!! Thanks Keith!!

We just moved in and love it! Keith and the team have been super helpful. We found a lot that we liked and we did the application. After getting approved, Keith still asked questions to make sure we were happy. We absolutely were! But Keith found a lot that we liked even more! He definitely didn’t have to do this. We were already signed up and good to go for a different property. This is a level of customer service that you can’t teach. Keith genuinely cares and made the process easy. Keith was sick on our final signing day and he still did work to make sure we were set up. 1000/10 recommend! p.s. the rent price is such a no brainer, too.

In regards to our recent move in...Keith in the leasing office was extraordinarily helpful throughout the whole process and was a pleasure to work with! Maintenance was very prompt in addressing the very few issues we had. We are feeling good about our decision to move here.

Great experience with Sam, the maintenance man. I do not live here any longer, but Sam was by far the most responsive and helpful contact for a maintenance department I have works with during my years of renting. He goes above and beyond.
